A leader can’t point to a vision of change and tell people, “That’s what it is.” There’s nothing to point to as it doesn’t yet exist. Instead, leaders need to find the words that capture it in the way that helps others begin to see it. In this episode, Jonathan is challenged with identifying the three essential things that people need to know about his vision so he can begin to build their awareness of it. But there’s even more to it, as he discovers.
