When a leader has a vision of change, others have to be able to see it too or they won’t act to help realize it. That means they have to share the same understanding of what it is. In Jonathan’s case, his vision centres on a new shared home. It’s easy to assume that everyone knows what home is. But do they? What does home really mean? In this episode, Jonathan explores life with and without a home. Digging deep, he surfaces six different dimensions of home. He ultimately lands on feeling at home within ourselves and whether or not we can share a home when there are cracks within the walls.

1:04:00 Does home being secret mean they can’t find it?
1:07:17 Is there an inner chamber that only some have the key to open?
1:10:13 It’s easy to understand that a group is nervous about encroachment.

1:22:00 Our need to serve something much bigger than ourselves is so important.
1:25:50 How do you share a home when no one feels at home right now?
